Event Conditions and Policies

1. Registration Requirements:
- Pre-registration is mandatory to ensure a seat.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a legal guardian.

2. Event Schedule:
- Doors open 30 minutes before the event starts.
- Participants are advised to arrive early to settle in as the event will start promptly at the designated time.

3. Ground Rules:
- Maintain silence inside the event hall.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or put on silent mode during sessions.
- Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited unless specifically allowed by the event organizers.

4. Refund Policy:
- Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
- If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or participants can request a refund within one month of the date of postponement.

5. Health and Safety:
- Anyone feeling unwell should refrain from attending.

6. Personal Belongings:
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizers will not be liable for loss or theft.

7. Special Accommodations:
- Please contact the event organizers in advance if you require special accommodations due to physical disabilities or health issues.

8. Food and Beverages:
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Refreshments will be provided during designated breaks.

9. Dress Code:
- Comfortable, non revealing and modest clothing is recommended.

10. Participant Conduct:
- Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive participants may be asked to leave.

- Language of the Event:
The event will be conducted entirely in the English language. No translations are available for this event.
